I handle all bookings and enquiries and am here to answer any questions you may have. I’m the go-to guy before you leave home, and the first person you’ll call when you feel like coming back!

Born in France, I grew up in England, before settling in Ireland for the last 20 years. All this moving around has really shaped who I am and got me to see the world from different perspectives.

When I’m not busy running my bustling cafés & restaurants in Galway, on the west coast of Ireland, I’m living the dream in Portugal with the help of my friend Annabelle.
